If your parcel arrives damaged, please report this within 48 hours of delivery via email including a photo to a great idea to download the free DPD delivery app. ![]() we can not provide refunds or replacements for delayed orders unless the quality of the product has been compromised. ![]() Our insulated boxes will keep the products in perfect condition for up to 48 hours, although various factors can effect this. On rare occasions your parcel may be delayed by 24 hours. It is important NOT to request a different delivery day via DPD, once your order is dispatched. Please note that DPD will provide an approximate 1 hour delivery slot in advance to help ensure safe delivery. All deliveries will be made between 8am & 7pm (unless Pre-12 Delivery is selected) so we suggest you arrange delivery a day in advance of any special events as we cannot guarantee an early morning delivery.
